Buyer Questions

Non-GMO Soybeans — Frequently Asked Questions

What does non-GMO, identity-preserved mean?
Identity-preserved (IP) non-GMO soybeans are grown from non-genetically-modified seed and kept segregated from GMO crops through harvest, storage, and transport, with documentation supporting the non-GMO status. This is the grade required by many food-grade processors and by markets with GMO import restrictions.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Bulk vessel programs run at scale with monthly delivery scheduling. For buyers below vessel scale, our Containerized Program ships 20ft FCL loads of bagged soybeans. Contact the trade desk with your target quantity and we'll confirm the right program.
What payment instruments do you accept?
Irrevocable Transferable SBLC via SWIFT MT760 is preferred. We also accept DLC MT700 and MT103 wire transfer for approved counterparties. All buyer instruments must be issued through a top-50 prime world bank. We never request upfront fees or advance payments outside an executed SPA.
What is the origin and shipping basis?
Primary supply is Brazilian non-GMO soybeans shipped FOB origin or CIF ASWP (Any Safe World Port) under Incoterms 2020. We deliver to ports across Africa, the Middle East, Asia, and the Americas.
Is the cargo independently inspected?
Yes — every shipment undergoes pre-shipment inspection by SGS, Intertek, Cotecna, or Bureau Veritas covering quality and weight before the bill of lading is issued. Certificates of analysis accompany every shipment.
How do I start a purchase?
Submit a signed LOI with your company registration, then complete our Client Information Sheet and KYC package. We issue a Full Corporate Offer within two business days of buyer qualification. Contact the trade desk to begin.
